Create, edit and save your workouts in the Library

Did you know that you can use the library to save your workouts so you can reuse them later?

You can create and save any type of training, and add documents, images or videos directly from YouTube, for example.

When you are in the athlete’s calendar, in a group or plan, you can reuse these workouts by opening the side panel of the library, which allows you to search for the desired workout and drag it to the correct day.

It is possible to search, filter, edit and create new workouts directly from the side panel.

This way it is much easier to create a training plan for one or more athletes when used in conjunction with the athletes side panel.
