{"id":864,"date":"2022-03-14T09:27:16","date_gmt":"2022-03-14T09:27:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/trainerplan.co\/blog\/?p=864"},"modified":"2024-05-15T12:51:06","modified_gmt":"2024-05-15T12:51:06","slug":"merge-planned-and-completed-training-activities","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.trainerplan.co\/blog\/en\/merge-planned-and-completed-training-activities\/","title":{"rendered":"Merge planned and completed training activities"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When the athlete synchronizes his training using the integrations that we have available (Garmin, Polar, Suunto and Strava), TrainerPlan tries to combine the activity carried out with the training planned for that day, but sometimes when there are similar activities during the same day, the merge could be set differently than planned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To solve this, we have added a manual way to merge planned and synchronized training. Now it is possible to merge a planned activity with the training completed by the athlete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Unmerge activity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/trainerplan.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image-1024x625.png\" alt=\"Separa el entrenamiento planificado del realizado por el deportista\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When the activity is merged incorrectly, you can unmerge the planned activity from the completed one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using the activity block dropdown (see picture above), there is now a new option for the imported activities called \u201cUnmerge\u201d. This option will allow you to separate a synchronized activity from a planned one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Merge Activity<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>After unmerging the synchronized <a href=\"https:\/\/trainerplan.co\/blog\/en\/monitor-physical-performance-with-fitness-fatigue-and-form-charts\/\">workout<\/a> from the planned activity that was not paired correctly, you can then combine it with the correct activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, access the drop-down menu and select the \u201cMerge\u201d option. Only synchronized activities (Garmin, Polar, Suunto or Strava) that do not have planned data will have this option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/trainerplan.co\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/image-1-1024x620.png\" alt=\"Combina la actividad sincronizada con el entrenamiento planificado\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In \u00abMerge activity\u00bb window, the activities planned on that day will appear as an option for merging.
