Train with pace zones?

This type of training is similar to a heart rate workout. Once you know your level and their areas, you can train to improve by using specific pace for intervals and other areas.

To start, you first need to determine the existing areas, just enter the athlete profile and physical data, select the pace Zones tab.

Each athlete can have their own custom pace zones to make it easier to plan their training sessions.

In the future we will add more functions, such as automatically calculating the areas based on their best runs.
